Depends: If you are using the bandage to keep pressure off the blister, then wear it when you are wearing a shoe that can be irritating it. If you are using the bandage to cover the blister, once the blister has drained and the underlying skin is no longer "raw" you don't typically need the bandage. Keep the blister clean with a basic soap/water wash and reapply a clean bandage if you use one.
