Thoughts: Stress is not mostly what you do. Rather, it comes from your thoughts about what is happening in your life. Two people can do the same job, but their thoughts about the meaning of their work can be completely different. If you are now chilling out, but still preoccupied with negative thoughts, you need to see a therapist or counselor to get perspective and think things through.
