Get help: Your use of the words "severe and deep" tells me that this is not something you should attempt to treat yourself. Below the skin are a lot of very important structures (nerves, veins, arteries, lymphatics, muscles, etc. If you do not know what is injured, then you are at high risk for important things to have been damaged. A surgeon needs to evaluate this to be sure. Do not treat yourself.
