I stepped onto a belt buckle prong that caused a small, but deep cut about 24 hrs ago. i believe there was fatty tissue slightly poking out of the wound, which is now just about done bleeding. i immediately cleaned it w/peroxide. should i be seen?

I am assuming this is on the bottom of your foot? If you have diabetes, you should be seen. If not, you could put an antibacterial ointment (triple antibiotic, bacitracin, etc.) and cover it with a bandaid or gauze. Change that daily and if it gets wet/soiled. Monitor for signs of infection-increased redness, pus, etc. If it develops any infection signs, then see a doctor. Hope it feels better!
