Bleeding: Apply compression with cold compresses using clean facecloth or towels. When bleeding stops, clean skin with soap and water, pat dry, apply antibacterial ointment and bandaids or gauze affixed with paper tape. If bleeding persists go to the hospital emergency room for evaluation and care
