Late: Ocular myiasis or having fly larvae in the eye proper is an extremely rare condition. Usually seen in sheep some flys as they fly by skirt their eggs into sheep eyes. Variable: I assume you mean disappear. When you get dilated it can take up to 3-4 hours for vision blur and pupil dilation to disappear. That is if you were dilated with tropicamide. If you were dilated with cyclogyl (cyclopentolate) it could take a few days. If you were dilated with Atropine it could take even longer for the dilation / mydriasis to wear off.
