Variable: I assume you mean disappear. When you get dilated it can take up to 3-4 hours for vision blur and pupil dilation to disappear. That is if you were dilated with tropicamide. If you were dilated with cyclogyl (cyclopentolate) it could take a few days. If you were dilated with Atropine it could take even longer for the dilation / mydriasis to wear off.
