No, maggots are not harmful to your hands. In fact, they are used in certain specific case for cleaning an infected wound if a surgical wound debridement could be be performed.

The maggots look like were inside the gloves so make sure to clean your gloves in the future. Miasis is from flies laying eggs to grow in the body not from maggots getting on your skin that were laid somewhere else.
