A member asked:

My blood sugar feels low even when it is normal. what could be the problem?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PostPrandialSyndrome: Post-prandial syndrome is the preferred name for a cluster of symptoms occuring after meals that in the past has been called reactive hypoglycemia. Why? Because many people with these symptoms have perfectly normal sugars, and some people w/ low sugar have no symptoms! try skipping sugar & white flour & eating small amounts of high fiber carbs (fruit, whole grains, starchy veggies).
