I am 23 weeks pregnant. i had a burger that was pink from inside. i only had one bite before i realized it. will it harm mybaby?

Please relax: This is unlikely to cause anything but your initial worry. Only those germs that are successful in entering your blood (hard to do) can effect your baby. Viruses like german measles, the chickenpox, can and do cause problems, but simple issues that might bother you, like a cold, strep throat, a UTI or food poisoning are not going to get through the babies defenses.

Don't worry: Most of such incidents are benign. Just be careful next time.
