Got a b6 injection a week ago feels like the needle is still in the buttocks wht should i do

Nothing: When you had the injection, it may have hit a nerve. The discomfort should decrease with time. I would take b6 orally or sublingually, not by injection in the future.

Try applying warm: Packs and take nsaids (if u have no allergies or not on warfarin). I suspect swelling around injection site compressing on the sciatic nerve. Follow up with your dr if with persistent symptoms. Take care!
