It's mind over body: One's mind controls one's body. That means one can decide to give up control of the butt muscle for 60 seconds. During that time, the butt muscle is allowed to stay soft and relaxed, because the person has decided he will not send any signals to the muscle to move or to tighten up. That works, but one has to practice letting go of the butt muscle (stop controlling it) for a minute.
