Meditation & Prayer: Hello utah! this is a very good question. My experience is that breathing and counting your breaths and brining your mind back to listening to your breathing....I.E. Yoga or meditation techniques is a very good exercise to learn to naturally fall asleep. Some people consider meditation to be like praying, but this would be where you were calming your thoughts by listening to breath is wise.
