I was raped in april of this year and i've only had one period since and that was in may and i've been having severe stomach pain ever since?

See your GYN: First of all, I am very sorry that that you were raped and hope you reported it. One possibility is pregnancy, another is infection and both should be seen by a gynecologist. Another less common problem is referred pain from the terrible ordeal you went through, this is harder to deal with and would require time and a psychologist to help you. Either way, you should see your gynecologist first.

Get checked: Are you able to go to a health clinic to be checked for pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, and internal injuries? Having a knowledgable family medicine or gynecogist look for problems can reduce the risk for later complications and maybe help with peace of mind. I am sorry you are having to deal with this.
