Since "Plan B" is not 100 % protective against pregnancy, if your period is delayed over a week, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. You should have an exam from your GYN physician secondary to the sexual assault, to make certain there is no STD conveyed, and/or report this to the authorities for guidance.
