Tear ligaments: Talofibular ligament= ligament that binds together the talus bone with at the ankle with the fibula calcaneofibula ligament=ligament that binds together the calcaneal bone ( heel bone) with the fibula ( leg bone); you probably needs to see an orthopedic doctor for evaluation.
