How long can a heat rash last? i'm not sure if its a heat rash or something else, he's had it for a few days. its light and bumpy

&itchy & annoying?: Prickly heat / heat rash can last several days if not treated and if still exposed to the hot environment (particularly if also humid). Simple fix sometimes is to dry w/powder few times/day, if fails, might need dr visit for mild topical steroid or other treatment options.
