Can't tell: One time occurrence of symptoms, then asking for diagnosis is not easy. Could be due to how your crossed your legs, where you sat, etc. You should monitor your symptoms, and should they set a pattern, then checking with your physician will help explain what is going on.

Dehydration?: The nebulous description of your symptoms doesn't have me concerned at this point. It could be something as simple as dehydration. If it persists, worsens, or you get new symptoms like weakness or discomfort, see your physician - they will do an exam and order some blood work.
