Can I be pregnant?: Unfortunately there is no way to give you any valid answers to your question. When was your last period? What are your cycles? When are you ovulating in your cycle? Now, there is some symptoms of early pregnancy with some bleeding as the fetus attaches to the uterine wall. You should get a pregnancy test if your expected period is missed.

No: Pregnancy presents with an absent period. If the spotting is mild and self limiting, watch it. Chances are it will be gone without any consequences and next month's period will come on a new schedule.

Vaginal spotting : The average menstrustion cycle is usually 25-28 days. Some may be longer or shorter. I suspect this is your normal cycle starting . You can always get a pregnancy gets to confirm you are not pregnant if your normal menses does not occur
