Baby fell from chair. x-rays said ok. she's sick. she threw up days later? maybe from being sick? should i worry? not first time falling.

Not sure : I am not sure I have the right sequence of events. It sounds like your baby fell, went to the er for evaluation and you were told she was fine. If she had ct that is good info but if just xray of skull not sufficient. If the sickness is a stomach virus then you would expect vomiting , diarrhea and maybe fever. If not the case and just vomiting a day or two after head injury should be seen.
