Ok to use neti pot w sinus infection? i tried but it burned and water didn't come out other nostril, is that ok?

Yes: But use the neti pot (or neilmed bottle) properly. Saline sinus rinsing can be very effective for sinus irritation / congestion. Water must be clean, warm, and made "salty" by use of the pre-packaged buffered salt provided with your pot or squeeze bottle. Fresh water will be very irritating!
