Kidneys are hurting. i hardley drank anything the last couple of days and i'm for sure i drank salt water at the beach. what could be wrong.

Investigate: How do you know it is the kidneys? Typically, they don't hurt unless you have an infection, obstructing stone, or a big cyst. Drinking salt water can dehydrate you, but wouldn't cause kidney pain.
