Refer to answer: Your brain is floating in water within the skull. When you hit your head, brain hits the skull, needs rest to recover. It is normal to feel tired and sleepy for a while. Will go away after awhile.

?mild concussion: Should not last more than several hours to a few days, and suspect you will have rapid and full recovery.

Mild Head Trauma: Hitting your head against the wall (i will assume a single time) is a common occurence. But if this has happened multiple times, your balance may need to be evaluated. Depending on how hard you hit your head against the wall, you could feel "sleepy" or "drowsy" which could be signs of concussion or mild traumatic brain injury. But if your mental status is back to normal, then you are ok.
