Is it possible for a culture to mistake syphilis for herpes?

Culturing: No. Not in any way. Culture for syphilis is not the way this is diagnosed. And a culture for herpes is notoriously inaccurate. Both of these tests are better done through blood testing. And, that again would have no cross over potentiality.
