Yes: For some people this is more or less noticeable, but it is very common. It may be your bodies way of telling you not to smoke. Since breathing is necessary for life - you might want to listen. Since proper breathing is the best way to manage your mind-body-soul connection - you'd be wise too. Also, if other things also affect your breathing, have a doctor check it out with you. In-hold-full exhale.
