In January 2020 (from a lab) my HBA1C was 5.5%, fasting 82mg/dL, 2 hour after breakfast=78.(I am non diabetic) In June 2020 (different lab) HBA1C was 5.0%and blood sugar 2-3 hours of eating rice was 78. Is HBA1C vary in normal range? Please educate?
I'm 79 yrs .not diabetic when I did check up blood investigations at lab may HBA1C 5.7 and fasting blood sugar 101 mg/dl ,when I check my fasting B.S at home device kit it was 124 and 135 on next day may BMI 33 what is your opinion and management ?
I am pre diabetic (10+years) Sometimes I monitor at home. My fasting blood sugar has been over 7 very often recently & high at bedtime. My GP tested HbA1c which is normal. My blood sugar during the day is also normal. Im confused. Please advise?
