Accurate diagnosis?: This will depend on the accuracy of your diagnosis. Is this acne or acne rosacea or psoriasis or drug reaction. I assume since you have been prescribed accutane, that you are under the care of a physician. This may take several regimen changes to determine the best skin care routine for your particular condition.
