What is different between baclofen and mebeverine hcl?

Indication & purpose: Mebeverine is an anti-spasmodic agent used to treat stomach cramps typically associated w/irritable bowel syndrome (http://www.Drugs.Com/international/mebeverine.Html). Baclofen is also an anti-spasmodic agent but used specifically to relieve pain from large muscle groups in spasm (http://www.Drugs.Com/search.Php?Searchterm=baclofen). Talk to your doc about why each is prescribed for you.
