Check your thyroid : Once explanation is excess thyroid medication taken for treatment of hypothyroidism. Another possibility is that fibromyalgia symptoms and the tremors are due to a yet to be diagnosed condition. Seeing your doctor for lab tests, followed by a neurology consultation is advisable.

? med toxicity: Some medications used to treat fibromyalgia can cause tremors (cymbalta, savella). If you are taking one of these meds, check with the doctor who prescribed the med.
