Other measures 1st: At least 5% of kids will be bed wetting at 5 and there are other approaches that work better.Meds only cover up the issue, when stopped, the kid still wets the bed. Talk with your pcp about a bed wetter workup.This often includes work to alleviate constipation issues that co-exist. A potty pager or alarm system may help train the kid to be dry if s/he is old enough to cooperate.If not, wait.
