Various reasons: You may have benign round ligament tension which is very common at this gestational age. Usually the pain is located on the sides of the lower abdomen and is frequently sharp and less so cramping. No vaginal bleeding is reported with it. It may take minutes to sometimes hours and even days. Rest, Acetaminophen and avoiding positions known to cause/aggravate it, may help. Hip pain may be from it 2.
