SWELLING VEINS: Could be varicocele . They can increase or fill with valsalva. Usually they are on the left however. This needs to be followed by a physician due to the side it's on. Especially if there is none on the left.

I had grade 3 vericocele(2.5 -3.0mm) so got left varicocelectomy done 3.5 months ago. To help with pain doc gave me methylcobalamin 1500mcg tablet. Taking it since 1 month..but still dull pain in testis,recent USG shows(1.5-2.0mm) veins,is it fine?
