Cervix: I am going to assume that by 'ball at the back of your vagina' means your cervix. The cervix can be very tender to touch; it can have inflammation or infection that if untreated leads to pain if irritated. If you have a ball in your vagina and you are not talking about your cervix then i would advise to get to the doctor today.
