Abrasion: If the injury occurred during intercourse, then it's likely a simple abrasion, which should heal normally. It's unclear what the brown spot on your chin is from, though. If you're having unprotected intercourse and have any concerns about sexually transmitted diseases, i highly recommend getting tested for stds - it just puts everyone's mind at rest.
