Yes: Please see your dermatologist for evaluation. A dermatologist can tell you what it is even if a biopsy is needed to give the exact cause.

Dermatologist.: A dermatologist will be able to identify it. If they can't tell just by looking at it, they may take a biopsy and send it to a lab for identification.
