Irregular cycle: If you never had a period bleed, that is an irregular cycle. Sometimes that happens when we are at extremes of weight (thin/heavy). Sometimes it can be just a random abnormal cycle. If you would like to have regular cycles, you might consider the birth control pill. It lessens the length of your period and can help with cramping and the symptoms of menstruation as well.

Possible pregnant: It would be great to check for pregnancy first. The spotting is not a normal cycle so you need to take a test or go to your doctor.
