No, its not: In a natural cycle (no medicines) it is supposed to be less than 40, so that's actually normal.

Not the right time t: To check it, the only tests that should be checked on the period are fsh, and lh if you are interested in determining ovarian function.

NO: It is lower during period then increases after that. Different labs will have different 'normals', should look at their reference for low, normal and high, but that number seems ok
