No interactions : There are no known drug-drug interactions between nsaids (e.g. Naprosyn, (naproxen) aleve) and topiramate (topomax). In the absence of gastrointestinal, cardiac, liver and kidney disease, a doctor will not object to this combination.

Topamax (topiramate) and Aleve: In general you may use these together but caution about effect on liver is advised. Naproxen liver damage is rare; we monitor liver function when prescribing topamax (topiramate). If you use Naproxen (aleve) sparingly during your period, this should be fine. But always check with the doctor who prescribed the topirimate (topamax (topiramate)).
