Mid Spine pain: This depends very much where the pain is, as some can be referred from the neck and seem like mid spine tender. X-rays are not all defining and sometimes other tests are more sensitive. Discuss with your doctor as sometimes bone scan or MRI will be helpful, and a decision should be made based on your history and examination.
