A member asked:

I carry most of my weight on my legs, if i do weights for my upper body & run alot, will shift a lot of that weight onto my upper body?

Weight in Legs: You may change your body composition somewhat but remember your genetics are a factor and what is most important is that you are exercising regularly. If you too fixated on redistribution of weight it may effect your dedication to continue on your program.
