Saline: Being pregnant makes your situation a little more complicated. Congestion or rhinitis of pregnancy is not uncommon. The safest option is nasal saline mist sprayed into the nose or a neti-pot to rinse it which you get otc. This will provide some decongestant relief. Other than that, talk with your OB doctor about whether s/he would allow you to take sudafed or other decongestants.
