Doubt related: A month into treatment is unlikely to be from the zoloft (sertraline). More likely you have picked up a little stomach virus or a change in your diet has caused the change in your stools. Would try some probiotic, decrease your dairy intake a bit, push water and see what does or doesn't develop over the next 3-4 days.

Zoloft (sertraline) dose?: Has your dose of zoloft (sertraline) been raised? Gi side effects like diarrhea can be dose-related. Call your doctor -- but you may need to back down on the dose and see if the diarrhea dissipates. Make sure you drink enough fluids with electrolytes in the meantime. A probiotic as suggested by dr. Maes may help also.

Zoloft (sertraline): I agree with dr. Pappas. Dose of zoloft (sertraline) need to be reviewed with the prescribing doctor.
