The best one is...: ...Estrogen, of course. It has the highest chance of working. The problem is that it has potential side effects from the cancer and cardiovascular standpoint and is not for everybody. There are other alternatives like antidepressants, soy-based products, or even hypnotherapy, all with varying degree of success. Patients in this situation should talk with their gyn about this.
