???: Your ovaries are up higher in your abdomen and a bit more off to each side. I am confused as to where your pain hurts. It is not uncommon to have some pain with ovulation which usually alternates side to side monthly.

See your doctor: For a complete history and physical. Hard to know the exact cause. This could relate to constipation, ovarian cyst or even be ovulation pain (mittelschmertz) since it is sometimes switches sides, if it happens mid cycle. It could be more serious. A pelvic ultrasound may be useful.
