You : You need to be seen immediately and be evaluated if you are pregnant with abdominal pain and swelling of your vagina. Please see your gynecologist and be seen immediately. If your doctor can't see you immediately or if you have continued pain, swelling, fever or vomiting then you will have to go to the er.
