It all depends: It depends on how it was printed. The best answer is to ask your ob/gyn or the tech who did the ultra sound.

Labels: Each picture would be labeled by the ultrasound tech who performed the ultrasound. Each picture should be individually labeled left or right. You cannot tell by only looking at the ultrasound picture itself.
