Always 14 days: The luteal phase (the second have of the menstrual cycle) is almost always 14 days long in humans. For women whose cycles are not the "typical" 28 days the extra or shorter duration falls into the follicular or first phase when the eggs are being recruited. So your follicular phase would be 15 days while the luteal phase is as always 14 days.
