Abnormal: It is a little short for a luteal phase. it may vary a little month to month. It is possible but not as easy to get pregnant. Usually it is a sign of something abnormal with the functioning of the ovaries. It is worth seeing a specialist for an evaluation to make sure everything is ok. With only 10 days, the uterus does not have as much time to prepare for a pregnancy
