It is possible: It is possible, although rare to have all of one's organs to be transposed left to right in a human. But that would have been diagnosed long before you turned 29.

Cannot tell: By looking at the ultrasound pictures themselves. The ultrasound tech is responsible for labeling which side each picture is taken of, right or left.
