Can appendicits last for 11 days? i went to er, all tests positive, and even had an ultrasound image of my appendix. of 3,8 mm diameter.

UNLIKELY: Its very unlikely that acute appendicitis lasting for more than 10 days, you also had negative testing as you are saying in ER although if you continues to have abdominal pain then you should see your primary care to further evaluate the cause of your pain. Thanks.
