Sure. : Fruits and vegetables are great for kids this age. I would consider crushing to make it easier for your youngster to manage. I'd also consider giving after veggies or other more savory baby foods, as once they've had sweet pineapple, you may find it challenging to get them to eat carrots or broccoli. Yes: No reason not to. Rarely, children have skin sensitivity and will get a harmless rash if the juice touches the skin. It is a common food for babies living in the tropics.
